Covid Policy

We will be cleaning and disinfecting more frequently throughout the showroom. Appointments will be spaced out to allow for disinfecting of the showroom, fitting rooms, and gowns between brides.

To ensure social distancing, each bride will be allowed only TWO guests for their appointment. We have always provided our brides with internet access to FaceTime friends and family who could not be present at their appointment and will continue to do so.

We ask that brides and their guests please wear face masks when entering and during their entire timeinside La Vie En Blanc. Bridal consultants will be wearing masks and/or shields as well. We will also have hand sanitizer available for use throughout your appointment.

When browsing and selecting dresses, we ask brides and their guests to please not touch the gowns. Your bridal stylist will be handling the gowns as she helps you choose the perfect selection of gowns to try.

We are trying to accommodate all brides within our limited appointments. We will be charging a $30 reservation fee that will be credited toward your purchase. If you need to cancel your appointment, the fee will be refunded if you cancel via email at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Upon arrival for your appointment, please ring the doorbell and remain in your car. Your stylist will come out get you and your one guest for your appointment. Please note that we may be checking the temperature of all brides and guests prior to entering the showroom.

If you or your guests are feeling sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone with COVID in the last 14 days, please stay home and seek medical care. We will gladly reschedule your appointment and apply your reservation fee to a future date.

Our sales policy remains the same as always. We accept all major credit cards. We do not provide holds, and all sales are final.

Sipping champagne has always been part of the fun at La Vie En Blanc. During this time, we will not be serving or allowing any beverages in our showroom. Trust us when we say that we will miss toasting to the happy couple with bubbles!
